    Our client is seeking a proactive and passionate Japanese-speaking IT Application Developer to join their team.

    In this role, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining internal applications to enhance operational efficiency. You will work with modern technologies such as AWS, Azure, and AI, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and system improvements.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and maintain internal applications for the company and its group companies
    - Define application requirements, create system designs, and provide cost/time estimates
    - Collaborate with teams in Japan and offshore development teams
    - Lead end-to-end project management, including implementation and operational maintenance
    - Ensure quality and security standards are met in all phases of development

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English is required for effective communication with local and overseas teams.
    - Proven experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
    - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operational system maintenance.
    - Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
    - Strong communication and documentation skills.
    - Basic knowledge of IT security best practices.
