• Job Description

  Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering within the construction industry. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.
  
  This position reports to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  - Carry out technical calculations required for selecting equipment such as fans.
  - Review technical calculations provided by manufacturers and customers for accuracy and compliance.
  - Liaise with manufacturers in advance on equipment drawing preparation and provide clear drawing instructions.
  - Check equipment production drawings to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  - Review drawings and guide BIM operators in creating digital models.
  - Monitor material delivery schedules, track order deadlines, and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  - Monitor construction progress and recommend or implement improvements to address delays.
  - Prepare construction manuals and equipment delivery plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  - Participate in meetings, coordinate with other departments, and provide guidance to team members.
