    Our client is a prestigious Japanese jewellery brand renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship. They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate to join their retail team.


    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a personalized shopping experience in-store.
    - Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences and needs, driving sales while enhancing customer satisfaction.
    - Attend to customer enquiries and provide product information accurately.
    - Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
    - Handle cashiering and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
    - Support stock replenishment and participate in regular stock-taking activities.
    - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support store operations.

    【Working Shift】
    A: 11:00 - 20:00
    B: 12:30 - 21:30

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirement & Preferences 】
    （Must）
    - Minimum qualification of N-Level, O-Level, A-Level, ITE, or Diploma in any field.
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply
    - Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
    - Possesses effective communication skills.
    - Willing and able to work during weekends, retail hours, and public holidays.
