    Our client is a workplace management provider for hybrid companies. They offer flexible customization and diverse tool integration for all operations, including office reception, access control, and space management. They are looking for a Business Development Manager.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Oversee the growth of the business across ASEAN by identifying new opportunities and establishing partnerships with clients.
    - Build and maintain relationships with clients.
    - Understand client needs and find solutions to their problems.
    - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Any working experience in the CRE industry, Smart building, or Smart city.
    - More than 7 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
    - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
    - Knowledge of workplace management and technology industry trends.

    (Preferable)
    - Experience in the SaaS industry
    - Experience in working with Japanese companies, customers or partners.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    - Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
