  • Job Description

    Our client is a major distribution group involved in the storage, delivery, and supply of marine lubricating oil in Singapore. Currently, they are hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Executive to perform and provide support to the warehouse team.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Import, Export & Transfer coordination
    - Inventory Management with proper records and transactions
    - Maintaining good relationships with Customers & Colleagues
    - Upkeep Department KPI and take on additional tasks when assigned
    - Coordination with the Warehouse Team for daily operations
    - Support other functions within the department and peers when needed
    - Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - Possess GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any fields
    - At least 2-3 years of experience in the import, export, inventory management & WMS applications

    <Preferable>
    - Team player and Customer Centric
    - Willing to support operations even on weekends and after office hours
    - WMS applications
    - Microsoft Office etc
