• Job Description

  Our client handles International Sea and Air freight total logistics services. The role of a Logistics Officer is to promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
  
  You will be reporting to the Logistics Team Manager.
  
  【 Responsibilities】
  Processing:
  - Handle order processing and submit permit declarations via system.
  - Manage payments and courier services on behalf of customers.
  - Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines or agents.
  
  Coordination:
  - Coordinate transportation activities with the internal haulage operations team.
  - Liaise with internal and external warehouse operations teams for smooth operations.
  - Coordinate with internal and external depot operations teams for timely handling.
  
  Reports:
  - Provide customer reports (daily or monthly) as required.
  - Generate company reports (daily or monthly) for internal use.
  - Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customers.
  - Submit monthly accruals to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  Billing Preparation:
  - Finalize and close all completed HCS orders in PSA HCS system.
  - Verify that all PSA-related charges are accurately transmitted in the HCS system.
  - Record additional Ameroid charges on HCS orders (hard copy) for billing reference.
  - Prepare and attach supporting receipts and email correspondences for billing (e.g., payments on behalf, miscellaneous charges).
