  • Job Description

    Our client is an MNC Japanese logistic company and a distributor of industrial forklifts. They are currently looking for Territory Sales Engineer to join their team! Your main responsibility is to plan, manage, control, and support specific dealers to achieve established targets.

    【Responsibilities】
    1) Dealer Management
    ‐ Complete setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor;
    ‐ Weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market conditions;
    ‐ Monthly dealer performance report (Order, sales and stock reporting);
    ‐ Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities);
    ‐ Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to the allocated dealer;
    ‐ Special pricing approval (preparation and obtaining approval from supervisors);
    ‐ Ensure dealer maximizes Sales Campaign;
    ‐ Maintain dealer organization chart and company records;
    ‐ Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand;
    ‐ Product refreshment training.

    2) Product Specialist
    ‐ Understanding key selling features and options offering for specific applications on all our products;
    ‐ Constant feedback of competitors’ products and trends to Product Marketing for future product development.

    3) Accounts Receivable
    ‐ Accounts receivable collections and follow-up

    4) Special Projects/Process Enhancement
    ‐ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Marketing related field
    - 2 years of engineer/sales experience with a high interest in dealer management and outgoing personalities are welcome! (Salary will be commensurate with experience)
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Willing to travel overseas occasionally
    - Fast learner who can adapt easily is encouraged to apply!
    - Fluent in Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts for negotiation & documentation

    (Advantageous)
    - Candidates with 2 years of sales experience in industrial machinery are preferred
