Job Description
Our Client is a Singapore-based IT security company that provides design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning to post-implementation maintenance. The main responsibilities of the Sales Account Executive is to grow the account revenue be accountable to the assigned account and develop deep customer relationships.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Develop and service assigned clients’ accounts consisting of various government agencies
- Responsible for growing account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY, developing deep customer relationships and updating customer profiling accurately
- Continually engage and establish relationships with, stakeholders, and customers and additionally, expand customers’ profile
- Understanding customers’ needs, coordinating proposals from presales and providing a concise quotation for their consideration.
- Follow up, expedite and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal, and events/training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
- Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales
- Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
- Preparation of quotations for customer’s reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
- Track and ensure that timelines are met and updates are submitted to other functional teams
- Drive alignment with other functional teams and orchestrate appropriate resources for customer engagements

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
- At least 1 year of Sales experience in IT (preferably SI company) or the Telecommunications industry
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to build rapport with customers and manage the assigned account
- Proactive, and able to perform market analysis in order to expand the marketsEnglish Level
