【 職務内容 】
・日本人会員およびその配偶者・お子様に対し、現地の病院・クリニックにおいて、診察時の通訳
(医師との相談、受付手続き、医療説明、保険申請、支払い手続き等)
・電話応対やメール対応など、担当業務に付随するサポート業務
・日本語・英語による書類翻訳
・一般的な事務およびオペレーション業務のサポート
・月次データ入力など、アドホック業務への対応

Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・カスタマーサービスなど、顧客とのコミュニケーションを伴う業務経験:3年以上の方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力 (TOEIC800点程度)
【 歓迎条件 】
