The incumbent will assist the Managing Director in terms of managing General Office Administration, Secretarial/Reception duties, and HR-related tasks, coordinating with HR for support and assistance.【 What you will be doing 】■General Office Administration- Assist MD in any negotiations with external maintenance vendors and service providers, subscription fees or tenancy lease agreement proposals up to the point of providing information to the MD as required.
