Our client specializes in the purchase of pre-owned luxury brand goods and is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luxury Retail Store Manager （Japanese Speaking) to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.- Photograph customer-brought items using a smartphone and send the images to the company's appraisal department.- Communicate appraisal results and propose appropriate purchase prices to customers based on the evaluation.- Coordinate the overseas export of purchased products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.- Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations and effective communication.- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.- Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.
