Our Client is one of Asia’s leading coatings manufacturers with a strong presence across the region. They are currently looking for a Lab Technician.The Lab Technician supports colour matching, paint formulation, and sample preparation activities to meet customer and quality requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in starting a career in laboratory operations within the paints and coatings industry.【Responsibilities】- Collect and weigh paint base materials according to specified formulas.- Tint paint using colorants and ensure accurate mixing.- Operate shaking equipment to homogenize paint samples.- Cast drawdowns for visual and spectrophotometer evaluation.- Label and organize paint samples for sale submission.- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.- Assist in data recording and reporting of test results.
