We are seeking a Production Planning Assistant to support our production team in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is central to raw material planning, production scheduling, SAP system management, and reporting. You will work closely with the Production Planner to support month-end closing activities and production planning meetings, ensuring that all processes run seamlessly.【Responsibilities】Production Planning & Materials Management- Manage raw material ordering based on BOM (Bill of Materials) and non-BOM requirements.- Monitor material availability to ensure timely production and minimize downtime.Administrative & Reporting Support- Prepare and distribute weekly production reports.- Create production orders in SAP.- Support monthly stocktake and manage rework documentation.- Consolidate and deliver month-end production reports.Month-End Closing- Assist the Production Planner in SAP month-end closing, including data validation and reconciliation.Tank Level Monitoring- Support the monitoring of tank levels to prevent material shortages or overflows.Meeting Support- Prepare materials for monthly production planning meetings, including meeting minutes, tracking action items, and updating production plans/reports.

Our client provides high-class plastics and synthetic rubber for automotive, electronics, and other industries. They are hiring a Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to oversee smooth maintenance and ready-to-use inventory in the plant.Reporting to: Maintenance Manager【Responsibilities】- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house and external contractors, ensuring timely and effective execution.- Service used equipment and components to ensure readiness at all times, avoiding downtime due to the unavailability of spare parts.- Analyze and improve the reliability of utilities and facilities equipment to prevent recurrence, collaborating with the production group and contractors; prepare root cause analyses (RCA) and follow up on actions with Senior Engineers.- Prepare and review spare parts lists and equipment data for inventory control; ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively using CMMS.- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment; coordinate with contractors to execute preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and periodic inspections of rotating and static equipment.- Manage annual shutdown maintenance activities for facilities, overseeing on-site work, liaising with contractors and the production group, and ensuring safe completion of tasks.- Update long-term maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by reviewing and implementing Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).- Support the implementation and participate in continuous improvement efforts in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health - Management Systems (e.g., SS506 Part 3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).- Assist management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate concerns when necessary.- Collaborate effectively within and across departments, demonstrating teamwork and adherence to company Core Values.

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager【 What you will be doing 】- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with the production group and contractors, prepare RCA, and follow up actions with Sr Engineers.- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control, ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of the plant to prevent recurrence with the production group and contractors.- Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and the production group).- Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (e.g., TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC, etc.).- Lead troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnose the cause and ensure that repairs are carried out effectively.- Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health Management System (e.g., SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).- Act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.- Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.- Work as a team and support inter- and intra-departmental tasks while demonstrating company Core Values.- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by reviewing and implementing MSRA.
