Reports to: R&D Manager【 Responsibilities 】■Tool Maintenance & Troubleshooting-Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and process deviations. -Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. -Maintain spare parts inventory, tool history, and maintenance logs. ■Performance Monitoring & Optimization-Monitor tool performance and optimize tool uptime and throughput while ensuring process stability and product quality. -Support productivity improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction and automation upgrades. ■Cross-Functional Support-Collaborate with process engineers, production teams, and quality engineers to resolve equipment-related yield or reliability issues. -Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring timely equipment readiness and process qualification. ■Compliance & Documentation-Maintain equipment-related documentation including manuals, procedures, maintenance checklists, and safety protocols. -Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, cleanroom standards, and company safety policies. -Participate in audits and drive corrective actions for equipment-related findings. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.
