工作内容
Our Client is a listed Japanese Construction Company. The Assistant Manager—Finance and Accounting role is primarily responsible for preparing and reporting consolidated financial statements. You will be reporting to the Finance and Accounting Manager. 【 What you will be doing 】- Support Manager in preparing and reporting quarterly consolidated financial statements to the parent company in Japan- Review quarterly financial statements of group companies.- Assist with financial closing and audit.- Prepare and review yearly budgets with the Manager.‐ Oversee cash management, including those for some group companies. - Review daily payments.- Report quarterly group organizational chart and list of group companies.- Perform additional assignments as required by the Manager, Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting or the Chief Financial Officer.
