Our Client is a leading interior fit-out solutions company. They are expanding into the large-format tile business and now seeking a Sales & Partnership Executive to drive this new business. This role will focus on driving product awareness, supporting sales across retail, design, and project channels, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while building and nurturing long-term business relationships.【Responsibilities】Retail & Showroom Executive (Premium Luxury Interior and Kitchen Furniture Systems)- Manage and represent the company's showroom for premium Italian brands – Ernestomeda & Rimadesio systems.- Engage walk-in clients, homeowners and designers.- Present kitchen & interior concepts and basic technical considerations.- Support quotation follow-ups and project coordination.Retail & Gallery Executive (Premium Porcelain Tile and Sintered Stone)- Manage and represent the company's premium Tile Gallery and Experience Center.- Engage walk-in clients, homeowners and designers.- Present materials, formats, applications and basic technical considerations.- Support quotation follow-ups and project coordination.Product Specification Executive (Architects & Designers)- Engage the Architecture and Design community to promote large format porcelain and sintered stone solutions.- Support material specification, samples, technical information and presentations.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure correct application and detailing.- Build long-term professional relationships.Project Sales & Client Relations Executive- Support developers, project owners and stakeholders.- Assist in proposal preparation, pricing coordination and project follow-ups.- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants and internal technical teams.- Support delivery of projects from enquiry to award.

With their retail expansion in Singapore, they are now seeking Sales Associate to join their growing team.【Responsibilities】- Deliver an exceptional client experience through strong product knowledge and expertise across various jewellery categories- Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance client experience and increase overall purchase value- Provide personalized assistance to clients in selecting items that suit their needs and preferences- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business- Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering and transaction handling- Actively promote products and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets- Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as required
