Our client is a reputable Japanese trading company specializing in industrial gases, and they are seeking a Deputy General Manager for their Singapore subsidiary. This role will oversee factory operations within the Industrial Gas Division and play a key leadership role in strengthening manufacturing excellence, safety, productivity, and people development.【 Responsibilities 】- Oversee and ensure compliance with internal regulations, work procedures, and quality management processes- Drive cost visibility and implement budget vs. actual performance controls- Strengthen safety standards and implement robust safety management systems- Lead initiatives to improve product quality and work toward zero customer complaints- Develop future factory leaders through structured coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development- Manage and mentor local staff, including training, performance review, and workforce planning
