They are currently seeking to fill the position of Sales Engineer (Water Treatment) 【 What you are working on 】Sales and Business Development:-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.-Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.-Explore new market segments and potential partnerships to expand the company’s client base and system solutions.-Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling proposals and presentations.Proposal and Contract Management:-Assist in the development of proposals, working in conjunction with the proposal and/or engineering teams.-Present proposals to clients and address any queries or modifications.-Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Technical Expertise:-Maintain an understanding of water treatment technologies, their applications, and industry trends.-Communicate technical details and benefits of proposed water treatment solutions to clients effectively.Client Relationship Management:-Act as a primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and managing client expectations.-Continuously assess client satisfaction and seek opportunities or additional services.

Our Client is a Japanese company specializing in water solutions. They are currently seeking to fill the position of Proposal Manager (Water Treatment) 【 What you will be doing 】- Lead the development of comprehensive proposals for water treatment projects, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, technical specifications, and deadlines.- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the design, analysis, and optimization of water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and innovative solutions in water treatment processes.- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Process & Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation, QC, etc) to gather technical responses as part of the bid clarification by clients.- Proposal Management: Manage proposal timelines, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and successful submission of proposals.- Proposal Review: Edit or review proposal / technical clarification content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project specifications.- Costing Review: Review costing prepared to ensure accuracy and reliability of the estimation while protecting the minimum profit margin expected.- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance to proposal engineers, offering technical advice, support, and professional development opportunities.
