Our client is a Japanese Energy firm. They are currently looking for a Corporate Planning & Admin to join their esteemed organisation. The main function of this role is to support the corporate business by liaising with the head office in Japan as well as each group company throughout Asia.【What you will be working on】- Supporting the process of establishing new group companies in Singapore.- Preparing and running shareholder meetings and team meetings for overseas business divisions, as well as translating and interpreting in Japanese.- Following up thoroughly and diligently carrying out each process in the new company plans, including fulfilling deadlines.- Researching the status of each start-up firm invested by the Singapore branch and planning the next steps.- Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by the Manager

They are currently seeking to fill the position of Senior Proposal Engineer (Water Treatment) 【 What you are working on 】Sales and Business Development:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.- Explore new market segments and potential partnerships to expand the company’s client base and system solutions.- Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling proposals and presentations.Proposal and Contract Management:- Assist in the development of proposals, working in conjunction with the proposal or engineering teams.- Present proposals to clients and address any queries or modifications.- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Technical Expertise:- Maintain an understanding of water treatment technologies, their applications, and industry trends.- Communicate technical details and benefits of proposed water treatment solutions to clients effectively.Client Relationship Management:- Act as a primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and managing client expectations.- Continuously assess client satisfaction and seek opportunities or additional services.
