Our client is a reputable Japanese company specializing in global logistics solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Senior Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth coordination with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary. This role also includes the preparation of consolidation reporting and financial statements to support management decision-making.Reporting to: Finance/Accounting Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare and maintain monthly full set of accounts and management reports.- Prepare and submit the Consolidation Reporting Package to Head Office.- Manage payments through web-banking platforms and ensure proper documentation.- Prepare audit schedules and draft financial statements for external audit.- Handle statutory reporting, including XBRL submission for AGM in compliance with the Companies Act.- Prepare and file quarterly GST reports accurately and on time.- Liaise with tax agents for corporate income tax filing.- Coordinate with the company secretary on corporate matters.- Support continuous improvements in accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

This role of a Service Engineer is responsible for performing annual and 5-yearly services on lifeboats and re-hooking jobs for life and rescue boats and davits. 【 What you will be doing 】- Handle Lifeboat and davits servicing, operational and workshop matters- Conduct commissioning, installation, and sea trial for new lifeboats, davits and Liferaft / Fire Fighting Equipment.- Perform Annual & five yearly services for all types of LIFEBOATS, RESCUE BOATS & LAUNCHING APPLIANCES.- Provide customers with technical support and a high level of service.- Overseas service jobs and intensive travel overseas.- Responsible for Developing safety plans, implementation & certification of Jobs carried out on lifeboats.
