The successful candidate will also support expatriate management, including handling housing and tenancy-related matters.Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】Administrative support - Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long-service awards, processing leave and claims, managing corporate card and air travel bills- Drive digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.- Provide support for expatriates on international assignments in coordinating employment passes, dependent passes, and handling housing and tenancy agreements. - Oversees door access security administration, staff issuance processes, maintains and updates the employee directory to ensure effective workplace operations and data accuracy.- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
