This role of a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, contract administration, and staff well-being initiatives. This role requires experience in HR systems, talent pool management, and compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations. Payroll is not within the scope of this role.【Responsibilities】■Talent Acquisition & Talent Pool Management-Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.-Utilize HR systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) to track candidate progress.-Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.-Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process.■HR Operations & Staff Well-being-Prepare and manage employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.-Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.-Implement staff well-being initiatives, engagement activities, and retention strategies.-Advise on HR policies and compliance with Singapore employment laws.-Support performance management processes.■HR Systems & Administration-Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.-Oversee work pass applications and renewals.-Generate HR reports and insights using HR systems.-Ensure HR policies are documented and communicated effectively.-Assist in HR projects related to culture, diversity, and employee engagement.
