Our client is seeking a hands-on and driven Outdoor Technical Sales Executive/Senior Executive/Manager to support both business development and on-site project execution within the lifting and spooling industry.The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment, with strong ownership of both sales outcomes and operational quality. This role is best suited for candidates with an existing network in Singapore’s oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction sectors, who are familiar with lifting, rigging, or spooling-related products and enjoy a highly hands-on, client-facing environment.【Responsibilities】Business Development & Client Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients- Actively promote company products and lifting/spooling capabilities- Conduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to secure new business opportunities- Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions- Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leadsSales Execution & Reporting- Drive daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets- Prepare quotations and follow through on project conversion- Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reporting to managementOperations & Site Coordination- Oversee execution of spooling jobs to ensure quality and timely delivery- Conduct site surveys and plan manpower, equipment, and job execution- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with client requirements and safety standards- Supervise and guide the ground crew on rigging and spooling techniquesTeam Supervision & Equipment Management- Lead and ensure proper training of spooling team members- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition, including preventive maintenance- Monitor job execution standards and enforce operational disciplineCompliance & Administration- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal procedures- Complete necessary documentation prior to job commencement- Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and customer expectations
