They are looking for a Plant Engineer.【 What you will be doing 】Arrange equipment meeting:- Prepare equipment meeting material for discussionCommunication between Japanese vendors and local stakeholders:- Communicate with Japanese vendors for new equipment/parts purchasing- Negotiation for equipment/parts purchasing- Japan vendors auditing- Arrange Japan vendor-related schedulesDesign Review:- Arrange design review meeting schedule- Prepare design review material for discussion- Chair design review meeting- Conduct design review and prepare design review document for approvalProject Management:- Communicate with overseas or local vendors for project management- Project-related budget control- Project quality, safety, and schedule control- Work together with the vendor and equipment owner to create an equipment checklist before new equipment handover to the owner sectionVendor management:- Qualify new vendors- Conduct audit for existing vendors- Compare different vendors for quality and cost controlModification:- Understand the process and existing equipment performance- Propose modifications to resolve current problems, including process or equipment improvement- Discuss with vendor and related sections to carry out modification- Assessment of the modification result- Follow up cases closing of the modificationsSupport spare parts management and maintenance works:- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and parts purchasing- Support department to resolve equipment problems- Conduct training for troubleshooting skill improvement

Your main responsibility is to plan, manage, control, and support specific dealers to achieve established targets.【What will you be working on】1) Dealer Management ‐ Complete setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor;‐ Weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market conditions;‐ Monthly dealer performance report (Order, sales and stock reporting);‐ Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities);‐ Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to the allocated dealer;‐ Special pricing approval (preparation and obtaining approval from supervisors);‐ Ensure dealer maximizes Sales Campaign;‐ Maintain dealer organization chart and company records;‐ Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand;‐ Product refreshment training.2) Product Specialist ‐ Understanding key selling features and options offering for specific applications on all our products;‐ Constant feedback of competitors’ products and trends to Product Marketing for future product development.3) Accounts Receivable‐ Accounts receivable collections and follow-up4) Special Projects/Process Enhancement‐ Other duties as assigned

Currently, they are urgently looking for a System Support Executive.Your main role will be maintaining the intranet and MAPICS system (updating of NPI and price file) and data preparation for the Manager in a timely manner.Department: Machine Sales & Marketing Department Team: Business Services GroupReporting to Manager, Business Services Group【What will you be working on】1) Uploading & updating information in the Intranet & Mapics system (40%)- Upload system for the price of NPI (New Product Inventory)& update T/P & L/P upon price change for all brands.- Set up order configuration in the system for a valid combination of standard options.2) Improving the process of uploading prices to the Mapics system (15%)- Constant review for improving the internal process of uploading price to the system by coordinating with the IT team & PMG team. 3) Sales Campaign & Promotion Update- Upload data of sales campaign & promotion into the Mapics system when requested by DSG. 5%4) Dealer Portal (5%)- Updating Dealer Portal access form from dealers. 5) Entities Account (5%)- For direct sales to end-users, upload and maintain Customer Entities & AR Entities to Mapics System6) Custom Shop Modification (10%)- Generate Custom Shop Modification (CSM) options at the item master of Mapics system through intranet for new orders required upon receiving CSM orders from DSG.7) Data Preparation (20%)- Updating monthly & quarterly data files for shipment, freight, BO and other necessary data related to BSG group for HOD meeting, monthlymanagers meeting & internal analyses, and monthly dealer inventory list, and product availability report.
