Our client is a fund management company currently seeking an Administrative Executive to support a wide range of administrative and operational functions within an asset management environment.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes- Oversee onboarding procedures for new clients and internal stakeholders- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, including handling KYC, AML, and CFT requirements during account openings- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual reports to MAS- Assist with compliance processes in coordination with external compliance service providers- Provide support for finance, HR, general operations, and back-office functions- Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial matters and ensure accurate and timely reporting- Coordinate with external service providers such as compliance consultants, accountants, brokers, bankers, and legal advisors
