Our client, a leading financial institution in Singapore, is seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Management Assistant to support their Wealth and Corporate Client Solutions division.【Responsibilities】- Manage and monitor clients’ investment portfolios.- Prepare investment proposals for clients and prospects, including data analysis in Excel and presentation preparation in PowerPoint.- Provide documentation support, including account opening, source of wealth verification, and cash flow management.- Draft internal reports, marketing materials, and various internal and external correspondences.- Receive clients’ trade orders, perform pre-trade checks, and support trade execution and approvals.- Maintain up-to-date information using internal systems.- Liaise with internal teams in Singapore, Japan, and other regions, as well as external stakeholders, including vendors.- Handle phone calls and client inquiries, and prepare related documents, including English–Japanese translations.
