- Manage the development and deployment of HR programmes/interventions
- Manage talent requisitions to successful onboarding of new hires
- Formulate purposeful candidate experience to drive best-in-class approaches in hiring of talents across the various levels for the Singapore & global market
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews promptly, and move candidates through the hiring process and gather post-interview feedback promptly
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative to align with the overall corporate strategy
- Identify training requirement and recommend relevant training programs for employees

- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including meeting customers, submitting quotations, processing sales orders & delivering follow up
- Provide technical solutions to customer
- Prospecting new accounts, identifying opportunities, developing as well as maintaining existing accounts.
- Working towards the company’s overall sales & marketing plan
