Report to Team Leader Inside Sales and Director of Sales & MarketingThe incumbent will work with the Inside Sales Team supporting the daily operation of the Inside Sales function and provide irreprehensible B2B customer service on the phone.【 What you will be doing 】- Responsible for managing and overseeing the fare filing activities and liaising with Head Office to ensure proper distribution to industry partners.- Monitor and report on filing volume and performance- B2B support in Revalidating/Reissuing/General Inquiries and Special Service Request, etc.- Handle group bookings and ensure group requests are processed in a timely manner.- Market support and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders.- Ticket auditing and quality assurance.- Responsible to guide, instruct, and lead junior staff based on experience and abilities- Play a central role in daily operations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist the manager.- Handle special tasks assigned by management and ad hoc analysis/reports
