Our Client is from one of the biggest Aviation Industry Companies. The role of a Senior Sales Executive (Cargo) is to be responsible for servicing customers to meet their shipping needs, securing optimal revenue support, maximizing cargo load factors, and applying yield management principles.You will be reporting to the Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Achieve and exceed cargo sales targets by promoting the airline’s cargo services. - Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts across various industries. - Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners. And direct clients. - Maintain and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent service and regular follow-up. - Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the airline’s cargo capabilities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior, - Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management. - Coordinate closely with cargo operations, customer service, and station team to ensure smooth delivery of service. - Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
