Our client, a leading IT multinational, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Japanese Speaking) to oversee enterprise-level system integration and automation projects. This role involves managing log management implementations, driving automation initiatives, and overseeing cloud integrations, all while collaborating closely with offshore development teams.【Responsibilities】1) Project & Technical Leadership:- Gather and clarify business requirements for automation and log management projects- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery- Coordinate between offshore and internal development teams (based in Singapore, Vietnam, India) and stakeholders from Singapore & Japan HQ- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements- Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain a knowledge base- Arrange and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations- Address technical queries related to implementations and documentation2) Technical Implementation & Oversight:- Oversee SaaS integration projects.- Manage M365 migration projects using Azure Portal- Lead automation initiatives using:・ CoPilot Studio and Workato Genie for agent development・ Terra-form scripts for Azure Entra ID automation・ Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)・ GitHub Actions for workflow automation- Implement and maintain logging standards and best practices- Drive continuous improvement in system integration processes- Monitor project deliverables and system performance- Verify technical implementation quality and accuracy
