  Our client is a leading interior manufacturer and contractor specialising in solutions that combine aesthetics and functionality. They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support quantity take-offs, cost analysis, tender preparation, and contract administration for interior and building construction projects.
  
  Reporting to: Manager
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and monitor project cost expenditure.
  - Prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and work closely with the Manager on pricing strategies.
  - Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors for various trades and support contract administration activities.
  - Prepare monthly progress claims and cost analyses based on architectural drawings, project specifications, and required materials.
  - Prepare final tender submissions and follow up on tender questionnaires, clarifications, and interview requirements.
  - Monitor progress claims and liaise with vendors to facilitate timely submissions and resolution of cost-related matters.
  - Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for ongoing projects.
  - Process variation orders (VO) and prepare final accounts.
  - Manage contractual matters, including extensions of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions, and other relevant contractual issues.
  - Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties regarding the certification and processing of payment claims.
  - Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered.
  
  【 Working Hours】
  Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:30pm
  Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
