  Our client is a Japanese development-oriented company specializing in microelectronics testing and is a global leader in semiconductor testing equipment, including probe cards and test sockets. With subsidiaries in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, they have around 1,500 employees worldwide. Committed to working closely with customers and manufacturers, they aim to streamline order-receiving and maintenance systems. They are now seeking a General Manager to drive business development and expansion.
  
  Reporting line: directly to the Managing Director
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Drive business development activities and manage commercial negotiations with customers within the semiconductor industry.
  - Develop and expand strategic key accounts to support business growth.
  - Present the company's products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
  - Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and business partners.
  - Collaborate closely with the Technical Support team to address technical enquiries and develop suitable customer solutions.
  - Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  - Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  - Coordinate and participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
  - Oversee and support customer projects to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  - Coordinate customer orders and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
