Our client designs and manufactures scientific instruments for high-level research and development activities. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with Japan HQ and overseas partners, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation accurately and timely- Track and follow up on sales order status, delivery schedules, and payment matters- Liaise closely with Japan HQ, overseas subsidiaries, agents, vendors, and internal teams in Singapore- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Service, and Application teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation, emails, and records to prevent errors and delays- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including phone support and customer correspondence- Assist with ad-hoc tasks, sales-related activities, and internal events as required- Contribute positively to team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
