Our client is a Japanese company specializing in e-waste scrap containing precious metals. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and expand the customer base in the precious metals recycling sector.
You will report directly to the Sales manager.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Conduct sales activities with existing and new customers
- Understand customer needs, prepare proposals, and provide quotations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide technical support based on understanding of manufacturing processes and products
- Coordinate and report with headquarters in Japan and other overseas offices
- Manage sales activities using internal systems (e.g., CRM)
- Negotiate contracts and follow up with clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
资格
应征条件
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies
- Willingness to travel for business to Batam, Bintan, and Johor Bahru as required (trips typically last 1–few days)

【 What you will receive 】
- Performance Bonus in December (based on individual and company performance)
