    Our client, a reputable Japanese trading company. Their Business Support & Logistics Department is currently seeking a Senior Coordinator (1-Year Contract).

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage end-to-end order processing, including order input, confirmation, and follow-ups with both suppliers and customers.
    - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely shipments.
    - Issue commercial documents such as Proforma Invoices, Sales Confirmations, and Final Invoices.
    - Plan shipping schedules and arrange shipments, including vessel bookings.
    - Prepare, review and verify shipping documentation (e.g. shipping invoices, shipping instructions, and Bills of Lading) to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, including Letters of Credit.
    - Arrange courier dispatches for Original Bills of Lading (OBL) and other critical documents.
    - Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR), follow up on overdue payments, and support account closing activities.
    - Track and report freight costs, analyze logistics performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
    - Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and proper documentation filing.
    - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements in order fulfillment and shipping operations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Supply chain, Logistics, Business admin, Business management or equivalent
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/logistics or experience in import & export/trading company
    - Possess strong coordination and problem-solving skills and able to multitask and manage time effectively
    - Open-minded, adaptable to change, and proactive in seeking process improvements.
    - High attention to detail, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage workload independently.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with MS Office, MS Dynamics, Power Query, and PowerApps
