【 業務内容 】
- 日本市場でのプレゼンスと収益を拡大するための戦略的な事業開発イニシアチブを開発・実行
- 製品のプレゼンから契約交渉、クロージング、顧客のオンボーディングまでの営業サイクル全体の管理
- リードジェネレーション・パートナーや社内チームと協力してセールスパイプラインを維持
- 見込み顧客への製品のデモやプレゼンの提供
- 日本の企業文化にフィットした営業資料やコミュニケーションの作成・ローカライズ
- 顧客からの製品フィードバックや市場インサイトを収集して、製品チームやマーケティングチームへ共有
- 日本で開催される業界イベント、展示会、専門家の集まりなどに会社を代表して参加
资格

【 応募要件&求める人物像 】
<必須要件>
- 大学卒業以上
- 5年以上の法人営業 / 事業開発のご経験(ソフトウェア、化粧品業界だと尚可)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 化粧品業界、また日本のビジネス文化に対する理解のある方
- 高い自発性を持ち、事業運営を一から構築できる方
- 日本国内への出張が可能な方(四半期に2~3回程度)
<歓迎要件>
- 化粧品OEM/ODMまたは化粧品ブランドでの職務経験
- 化粧品業界における規制および処方プロセスに関する知識
- 研究開発または品質保証の専門家との確立されたネットワーク
- ユーザーの抱える課題を特定・分析し、詳細で実用的なフィードバックを本社製品チーㇺに伝えられる方英文
