食品(主に海産物)輸入を専門とする日系商社にて、ベトナム現地法人責任者を募集しております。現在海外拠点を拡大しており、現地法人責任者は、ベトナム拠点の立ち上げから運営全般に従事し、事業運営や経営戦略の立案・実行をご担当いただきます。経営知識に加えて、海外拠点での経験を活かして現地の営業・マネジメントにも携わっていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
- ベトナム拠点の立ち上げ、およびその後の運営・管理
- 会社の経営戦略を策定し、実行
- 財務管理や会計業務を含む経営全般の監督
- 現地営業活動のマネジメント、法人営業の推進
- 現地スタッフの指導・育成、チームマネジメント
- 本社との連携を強化し、業績向上を目指す

【 求める人物像 】
<必須要件>
- 四大卒以上
- 海外駐在経験
- 食品関連企業での法人営業のご経験(水産品を扱ったことのある方は尚可)
- 5年以上のマネジメント経験
- 経営知識(会計周り含む)を有する方
- 運転免許をお持ちの方、または取得見込みの方
- ベトナム駐在が可能な方
