Our client is a Japanese clinic seeking a Clinic Assistant (Japanese Speaking) to support the daily operations of the team. You will report to the Head of Nursing.
【Responsibilities】
- Check medical reports for accuracy.
- Communicate with patients regarding their medications as necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical report checking.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) in speaking, listening, and writing, as the role requires frequent and direct communication with Japanese-speaking patients regarding medical reports and medications.
- Proficient in English skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Availability to work on Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (subject to roster, typically two Saturdays off per month during non-peak seasons).
(Advantageous)
- Relevant knowledge of medicine to assist with patient inquiries.英文
