  Our client is a Japanese fashion brand seeking a Store Manager who can take initiative, think proactively, and lead the team by example.
  
  You will be reporting to the company Director.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Lead and motivate the store team, developing staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales skills
  - Ensure all store staff adhere to store operation standards
  - Conduct daily briefings to staff on sales targets
  - Maintain daily housekeeping standards
  - Manage customer complaints when necessary
  - Provide training and coaching to the team
  - Contribute as an active member of the management team by setting, monitoring, and achieving store targets and objectives
  - Review store transactions daily to detect and prevent irregular or suspicious activities
  - Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, making sound business decisions and educating staff
  - Assist the Assistant Store Manager with roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower at all times
  - Set priorities for staff to meet daily deadlines and develop short-term action plans
  - Communicate with the Visual team and oversee site maintenance when required
  - Conduct cycle counts/stock takes, aim for zero discrepancy, and submit monthly inventory reports to management
  - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  
  Working Hours: 44 hours per week / scheduled in shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM
  Working Days: 5 days per week, scheduled based on the monthly roster
