【 業務内容 】
・シンガポール在住の日本人生徒（小学校2年生～高校3年生まで）に対する受験・学習指導及び授業
・1日4～5コマの授業を担当予定（授業時間平均1時間、1クラス10～15人）
・生徒の個別面談、保護者へのフォロー
・その他教室の管理業務など

・四大卒以上
・2~3年の塾・予備校講師のご経験をおもちの方（進学コースなど）

In addition to managing existing systems and operations, the successful candidate will be expected to actively utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve work efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.This position is suitable for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, can independently investigate and resolve technical issues, and can proactively propose improvements rather than simply following existing processes.The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager and CEO.【Responsibilities】- Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations.- Operate and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, including Magento.- Support system integration and API-related operations.- Investigate and troubleshoot system or operational issues.- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.- Utilise ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency.- Research and evaluate new IT tools and services that may benefit the business.- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.- Propose and implement improvements to existing workflows and operations.- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.- Support other IT / digital projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
