・技術ミーティング、営業会議、顧客とのミーティングへの参加
・日本の技術チームや現地の技術サポートチームとのミーティング
・営業報告書、議事録の作成
- クライアント・サプライヤーへの見積書発行、価格計算、価格交渉
- クライアント、工場との納期調整

They are seeking a Drafter cum Project Administrator to support commercial kitchen projects through drafting, coordination, and project administrative support.【Responsibilities】- Prepare accurate technical drawings in accordance with project requirements and specifications- Ensure all drawings and documentation are completed and submitted within project timelines- Support coordination between engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders- Assist in the review of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards- Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and vendors using ERP systems- Source and procure project materials, including price comparison of products, services, delivery timelines, and payment terms- Liaise with suppliers to monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team- Maintain proper documentation and records related to project activities- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director
