  Our client is a well-known Japanese construction company specializing in contracting for building, civil Engineering & other construction works. This time, they are looking for an Accounting Executive who is responsible for accounting(AP/AR/Monthly ledger closing) operations.
  
  You will be required to report to Accounting and Admin Manager.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Income and Expenditures, schedules and reconciliation of the general ledger to support monthly ledger closing such as payroll reconciliation
  - Perform daily accounting operational duties such as checking payment and receipt slip
  - Prepare audit and corporate tax schedules, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external audit matters, and all statutory and tax/GST tax requirement compliances
  - Review GST entry, GST reconciliation and quarterly GST preparation to comply with the Singapore GST regulations
  - Monitoring fixed asset operation & foreign remittance
  - Support regional offices on accounting matters
  - Prepare and support management reports
  - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
