Our client is a leading provider of spare parts and service solutions, supporting the equipment portfolio and vessels of a prominent global marine group. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales for technical services by supporting the Technical Service Account Manager.
The responsibilities of this role will include managing customer inquiries, processing service requests, and assigning accounts to the appropriate account manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in marine services, as this position is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling of technical service requests and facilitating effective communication between customers and account managers.
Reporting to: Technical Service Account Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
- Receive and manage customer inquiries related to technical services, including maintenance, repairs, and modifications for marine equipment.
- Analyze and assess customer service requests to assign them to the appropriate Technical Service Account Manager for follow-up and execution.
- Support the Technical Service Account Manager by coordinating service requests and tracking progress on customer orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the account managers, ensuring smooth communication and the timely resolution of service issues.
- Monitor customer service needs and ensure requests are routed to the correct team members for efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of technical service proposals and quotations under the guidance of the account manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, service requests, and account activities.
- Track and update the status of ongoing service requests and assist in resolving any delays or issues.
- Provide general support to the Technical Service Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service operations.
- Collaborate with headquarters and service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

应征条件
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering/Business or relevant field
- More than 2 years of technical support/service coordination experience in the Maritime Servicing industry, especially Marine Spare Parts/Equipment
- Proven experience in managing customer inquiries and supporting account managers in a service environment.
- Knowledge of marine equipment and services, particularly related to maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Excellent communication in English to liaise and negotiate with English-speaking customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Ability to join within 1 month or short notice
