    Our Client is a Japanese consulting Company. This person will need to provide the best HR solutions for the development of a good organization. You will be reporting to the Japanese Director.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Identifying prospects and selling HR solutions/services.
    - Business development.
    - Researching and recommending prospects for new business opportunities. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, various networks, and social media.
    - Identify and develop new businesses/customers through presentations and problem-solving.
    - Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
    - Communication of sales-related queries with other departments.
    - Attending exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Degree holder.
    - At least 5-7 years of B2B solution sales experience.
    - Possess business development experience in actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and various networks.
    - Interested in HR, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences and/or related areas.

    (Preferable)
    - Experience in participating in the launch of a new business or start-up company.
    - Possess experience in communicating with the client's CEO.
    - Self-confident, independent, and able to perform end-to-end selling processes and activities with less supervision.
    - Mentally strong.
    - Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
