    Our client is an MNC Japanese logistic company and a distributor of industrial forklifts. They are looking for temporary staff for 1-2 months for assisting Accounts and Finance Department.

    【What will you be working on】
    Accounts Payable
    - Perform accounting data entry & Posting AP entries into MAPICS
    - Cheque payment s & GIRO payment to suppliers
    - Process monthly staff claims
    - Did an automation project to improve work flow process

    Accounts Receivable
    - Liaise with dealers (mainly and ensure timely collection
    - Do monthly AR reconciliation
    - Conduct 2 AR meetings every month
    - Submission of drafts for letter of credit (LC)

资格

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】
    - Minimum Diploma in relevant field
    - Minimum 3 years relevant work experience or combined experience in a similar capacity
    - Require candidate to start immediately or on short notice
