  Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in manufacturing and selling pastries and sweets. They are looking for a Store Manager to oversee their new brand outlet in the city area.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - To oversee and ensure smooth operation of the Outlet and raise the KPI
  - Create and maintain the right systems in place to ensure all staff can effectively communicate with each other, both on and off the shop floor
  - Collaborate with the team on product knowledge, brand awareness and customer
  - Ensure your shop is well looked after with replenishment of stocks and cleanliness
  - Manage and lead associated Teams.
  - To lead Team Leaders and Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to operational procedures, and achieve sales growth and profitability.
