  Our client is a recognized distributor that specializes in semiconductors and electronic parts. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Buyer position to join their esteemed organization.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Assisting the Product Marketing Manager in monitoring stock and delivery situations.
  - Working closely with vendor and customer service representatives to fulfil customer delivery schedules.
  - Order processing and backlog management.
  - Liaise with vendors on delivery issues.
  - Liaise with the warehouse on inbound receiving issues.
  - Advance shipment notice (ASN) upload before shipment arrival.
  - Account payable (AP) posting for goods received.
  - Raising and recommending disposition action for nonconforming products/ services attributable to errant vendors as well as detected during storage, outgoing inspection and delivery stages and submitting to the group manager for approval of the action.
  - To prepare internal and external reports
