  Our client is an air conditioner maintenance company. The role of the Maintenance Team Leader is to be responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians.
  
  You will be reporting to the general manager.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Lead and manage a team of junior technicians to run the daily operation issues, routine maintenance, and improvement project
  - Maintain staff morale as well as a clean and safe work area
  - Site construction management, servicing, and repair
  - Technical proposals to customers
  - Pre-empt and trouble shoot on-site problems
  - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors
