  Our Client is one of the biggest Japanese main contractors. . This role of an M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on the main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
  - Prepare and analyze cost comparison
  - Prepare, evaluate, and recommend the award of Sub-contractors
  - Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
  - Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
  - Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders, and payments to subcontractors
  - To negotiate on pricing matter
