    Our client is a high-tech engineering company operating in the construction and telecommunications industries. They are looking for a Project Engineer (BMS) with relevant experience in the construction engineering industry.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Design control panels for Building Management Systems (BMS).
    - Prepare design documentation for BMS.
    - Ensure that BMS software and equipment comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
    - Maintain existing BMS by troubleshooting errors, conducting tests and updating software.
    - Prepare Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
    - Collaborate with team members to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
    - Coordinate, liaise with and manage various project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that project requirements are met on-site.
    - Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
    - Prepare detailed work schedules and plan manpower and resources.
    - Coordinate site safety management systems.
    - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports.
    - Understand and comply with Singapore standards and relevant Codes of Practice.
    - Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures. Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained and that adequate safety measures are in place for all machinery, equipment, plant, articles and work processes used at the workplace.
    - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】
    (Must)
    - Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or an equivalent field.
    - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction engineering industry, including manufacturing plant construction and data centre fit-out works.
    - Ability to build and install Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and regulate various building services, including ACMV systems, lighting and power metering.
    - Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and remain target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
    - Ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients, consultants, project team members and managers at all levels.
