  Our client is a leading Japanese multinational company specialising in the supply of tools and equipment. They are seeking a Service Engineer (KKM Department) to support customer workpiece processing, technical consultation, and project coordination.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Process customer workpieces according to specific requirements within a Class 1000 cleanroom environment, including conducting incoming and outgoing inspections, performing dicing and grinding on the company's equipment, collecting measurement data to confirm conformity, and packing finished workpieces.
  - Consult with customers to understand technical requirements and provide expert recommendations on optimal processing methods.
  - Manage projects and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
  - Adhere strictly to established operating procedures and workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.
  - Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders in Singapore and Japan to ensure seamless project execution.
  - Identify and suggest improvements to current workflows or innovative ideas for cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency.
