    Our client is a Japanese manufacturer specializing in material handling equipment, offering a comprehensive range of forklift rental and sales services in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager (Manufacturing - Machinery) to lead and develop their sales team.

    This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Lead and manage the sales team (currently 3 members)
    - Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and evaluate individual performance
    - Support daily sales activities and execute sales strategies
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while supporting new business development
    - Train, mentor, and develop team members for skill enhancement and growth
    - Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
    - Proven experience in managing a sales team
    - At least 5 years of experience in sales
    - Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
    - Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with external stakeholders
    - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

    (Advantageous)
    - Sales experience in the forklift or related industrial equipment industry
