  Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm and expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance. They are looking for a Manager (Japanese Speaking).
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.
  - Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
  - Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
  - Analyze the workload of each project and task Adjust the master schedule of each project
  - Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for the IT department
  - Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
  - Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
  - Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation and proposal of further improvement etc.)
