  Our client provides high-class plastics and synthetic rubber for the automotive, electronics industries, and more. They are looking to hire Operation Engineer to join their team!
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Plan and coordinate non-routine (non-regular) operational activities, and provide clear work instructions and training to supervisors and technicians through toolbox meetings.
  - Set up and maintain operating conditions, work guidelines, check sheets, and log sheets in collaboration with shift teams to ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  - Troubleshoot production processes and address quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
  - Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
  - Propose and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction programs, and contribute to the achievement of annual improvement targets.
  - Support the implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management Systems (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
