    Our client is a well-known Japanese construction company recruiting for a Corporate Planning Specialist (Japanese Speaker). This role will be responsible for Corporate Planning Support to the Manager in Japan's HQ office.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Handling Financial Reports and Data management
    - Preparation of the financial summary reports to the Management, based on the various financial documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices.
    - Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
    - Create any materials to satisfy various purposes as required.
    - Report to the Manager and Management on a monthly or required basis.
    - Manage financial-related data and the database.
    - Reporting Business Plans by using BI applications.
    - Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on the management instructions
    - Incorporate information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the business plan.
    - Support to develop presentation material for management.
    - Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ.
    - Coordinate for group companies BOD meeting
    - Assist in organizing any meetings where necessary.
    - Collect market and competitor’s data and analyze the company's business planning.

    【What they're looking for】
    <Must>
    - A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
    - At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning function.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Minimum N2 level) to communicate with Japan HQ and partners in SG
    - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to adapt to any software and system to maintain financial data.
    - Strong skill in analysing financial current and past data.
    - Strong ability to simplify complicated factors and give a logical presentation with concise material.
    - Strong time management in multiple tasks concurrently required.
    - Good ability to build up a long-term relationship with various stakeholders.

    <Additional Preferable Requirement>
    - Working experience in Japanese or Foreign companies’ HQs are advantage.
    - Working experience in construction or Engineering industries are advantage.
    - Preferably having experience using Business Intelligence tools.
